Delete account

This is how you delete your Sudoku Modus account and the data that belongs to it.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear to open Settings.
3. Open Account and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
4. Confirm. The account is deleted at once, and the app starts over as if freshly installed.

Without the app

No longer have the app? Write to support@sudokumodus.com from the address you signed in with, or give the username from your profile (such as @player123456). We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

Your sign-in (email address, Apple or Google link), name, username and avatar, your progress, streak, crystals and items, your league place, friends and followers, your game history, and everything the app kept on this phone.

What is kept

Records of purchases and crystal bookings stay without your name or email address, for as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years). Reports about rule violations keep a pseudonym instead of your account. Crash reports contain no name or email address and are deleted automatically after 90 days at the latest.

Subscriptions

Deleting the account does not end a subscription. Cancel it first in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google keep their own records of your purchases.
